CNG INTEGRATED STATION ONE-STOP SERVICE
Our company has the design & fabrication capacity of Hydrogen stationary storage tanks, including above-ground, underground, mounded, etc. All kinds of tanks could be customized according to the customers' requirements.
An integrated skid is an integration of a hydrogen refueling station, such skid integrates the hydrogen compressor, cooling system, buffer tank and refueling/metering/control systems, thus achieving hydrogen energy compression, metering, and refueling. With an adoption of modular and integrated design, the hydrogen refueling station with integrated skid can facilitate equipment's overall transportation and installation, thus effectively saving costs for station establishment. Integrated skids of 200 kg/d or 500 kg/d can be manufactured according to customers' demands.
The compressed natural gas is transported to the CNG filling station by the CNG transfer trailer. First, the natural gas in the cylinder of the tanker enters the sale machine through the low-pressure pipeline bundle for charging. When the tank pressure is lower than the charging pressure of the vehicle, the high-pressure gas in the mediumpressure cylinder group is started
to enter the gas dispenser through the mediumpressure pipeline bundle for charging. When the pressure in the medium pressure pipeline bundle is lower than the charging pressure of the vehicle, the high- pressure gas in the high-pressure cylinder group is entered into the gas dispenser through the high- pressure pipeline bundle for charging; and when the pressure in the high pressure cylinder group is lower than 20MPa (adjustable), the compressor automatically starts to charge the high-pressure cylinder group.
