If you work on CNG projects, chances are you've asked this question more than once. The chassis is already there, the site is already planned. The last thing you want is to buy equipment that doesn't fit, or has connections that don't match, forcing you to spend a lot of money on modifications. At the end of the day, your real thought is simple: make it work right out of the box, no headaches.

Let's first be clear: what exactly is a cylinder bundle? Simply put, it's a row of high-pressure cylinders (10, 12, or 16 of them) fixed in a standard-sized metal frame. You load it onto a tube trailer chassis, haul it to the customer's site, and start unloading gas directly. Think of it as a "mobile gas warehouse" that can drive. So, whether it fits on your truck — that's the first hurdle, and the most important one.

So, do the dimensions and connections match? Here's how we handle it.

Our cylinder bundles are designed strictly to 20FT and 40FT standard container dimensions. What does that mean? The vast majority of standard tube trailer chassis on the market can be directly adapted without you needing to modify any structure.

But we also know that every customer's chassis is different. Some customers use special trailers, some need to change the flange connection from ANSI to GB or JIS standards, and some want lifting lugs预留 on the frame. We can adapt to all of this.

· Cylinder specifications: Diameter (406mm, 508mm, 559mm, 715mm) and length (5400mm–11580mm) are all selectable.
