The hydraulic modular trailer oil circuit system of Jiangsu Huayan Company ensures safety through multiple designs. The hydraulic modular trailer is connected by a hose between the hydraulic suspension cylinder and the main pipeline of the frame. The hose is a soft body that moves back and forth. There is a risk of failure due to quality or aging, and there is also a risk of being rubbed and hung up by other moving parts.

Point control system

To ensure safety, a ball valve and a safety valve are installed between the hose and the steel pipe. Double protection is used to deal with the problem of hose aging or wear: when the hose ruptures, the hose end loses pressure, and the slide valve in the safety valve moves under the pressure of the pipeline, quickly blocking the oil leak, ensuring that the oil of other cylinders in the same group does not flow out and maintains the support force; the ball valve can be manually opened and closed to urgently cut off the oil circuit to prevent further leakage. This design not only avoids accidents caused by single-point failures, but also quickly isolates the problem area.

The oil circuit connection is divided into two modes to meet different needs:

The series type uses two pipes on the left and right, and multiple oil cylinders and ball valves are connected in series on the two inner pipes. The module can be divided into 4 groups through the combination of these ball valves. Each oil cylinder has only one ball valve connected to the pipeline. The series oil circuit can only group adjacent suspension groups together, and cannot be connected across groups. It is suitable for scenes that require grouped coordinated force.

Oil circuit

The parallel type uses two through pipes on the left and right. Unlike the series oil circuit, these two pipes are through pipes, and there is no ball valve disconnecting between them. Each oil cylinder is connected to two ball valves separately, and the connection path can be flexibly selected. However, the two valves of the same oil cylinder are strictly prohibited from being opened at the same time, otherwise the trailer will be unbalanced due to oil circuit conflicts. Whether it is three or four columns connected, its hydraulic system is the same as two columns, but the number of groups increases accordingly.

Module lifting and adjustment system

This system also gives the trailer a variety of practical functions: when encountering a slope, the trailer's posture can be adjusted through the module lifting and lowering, and the oil pressure can keep the trailer body stable; when loading and unloading goods, the height of the trailer body can be lowered to achieve self-loading and self-unloading; using the independence of the suspension, the suspension that needs to be replaced can be closed, and the suspension can be lifted to replace the tire; the frame can be lowered to 30 cm as a whole through the height-restricted area; the pressure values at each point of the trailer can be used to calculate the cargo load, and the pressure difference can be used to warn of the risk of cargo deviation. These functions make heavy-duty transportation safe and efficient, forming a complete safety closed loop from loading and unloading to driving.
